"My favorite company ever."
Incredible value generally and for the money. The only luxury website I trust to deliver something that's actually worth what I paid for it as well as the best customer service I've ever experienced. They've sent me free magazine issues when I moved and forgot to change my address as well as price matched products with other websites and even color matched leathers between products for me. I've been subscribed and ordering from them for years and it doesn't get any better than The Rake and the brands they endorse.

"Great customer service team"
Had issues with my subscription initially but appreciate how quick the customer service team were with resolving all my missing issues and updating me with tracking and all the details of when it should arrive.

The customer service team were super helpful and turned a bad situation around.
