I ordered a linen shirt from The Rake and it was pretty much what I expected. The size fit right, which I always take as a good sign, and it looked like the photos/description, so that was nice. Delivery took a few days, but linen is kind of a slower-weather shirt anyway, so I wasn’t too bothered. Overall, easy order and I’d probably buy from them again.

I ordered from therake.com and, i felt a bit embarrassed when the package showed up. The box was all bashed up, and the item inside was just sliding around with barely any protection, which made the whole thing feel careless.

For the price they charge, I really expected something much better. It looked like it had been packed in a rush, and I felt awkward even opening it. Not happy with the experience and I probably won’t order from them again.

I found loads of brands I actually like here, which was a nice surprise. The selection is solid overall.
